I would keep an eye on the Specials Offers page for the hotel. I stay at this hotel quite often, and they frequently bring out a special deal where they give 99 rooms per night, for $99 per night for each room. If I remember correctly, this rate seems to come out in late May-mid June. If this rate comes out, you should qualify for a $25 from Priceline.

Not guaranteeing that the property will run this promo again, but just thought I would let you know.
