I'm pretty sure this is the Crowne Plaza Newton. Buying this hotel would be a great way to ruin your vacation.

Yes, reading through the reviews on TripAdvisor, I think you are correct - this is the Crown Plaza Newton. The manager is quite responsive to reviews on that site.

I was hoping for the Brookline Holiday Inn. :-)

Change it to 2 adults/1 child and it might be different.

I ended up staying at the Bertram Inn B&B.  This B&B and the Samuel Sewall Inn B&B are always very pleasant though not inexpensive!
