We used the priceline app on our cell phone (we had already checked out of our other room and were out and about. The app only let us go down to $42 for a 3* bid, so we said why not and placed the bid. It was instantly accepted at our favorite little hotel the Hilton Garden Inn Roseville. Please let me know if additional information is needed.
