These amenities are common for NYC and this combination matches multiple properties... the Gild Hall, Soho Grand, and Tribecca Grand have all been seen with this amenity combination. As well, the Embassy Suites had used this amenity combination, that property is now the Conrad Hotel (not yet reported to the board) so this is a possibility as well.

Downtown is the most convenient for me, so that would be my choice as far as bidding. I was hoping this hotel was the Gild Hall, Soho or Tribeca Grand. Could it possibly be the Conrad with the 90% recommendation though?

I don't believe that the Conrad is open yet - it's listed as opening late 2011.
