madmolecule Posted May 18, 2011 Report Posted May 18, 2011 First bid $67 on 3.5 stars - unsuccessful.Then included 3 stars and bid $70 - unsuccessful.Later bid $74 on 3 stars - successful.I had been hoping for a downtown hotel (Sheraton or Crowne Plaza), as past information had indicated that these were the 3/3.5* hotels, and Courtyard by Marriott (which is on the Mountain) was 2.5*. However, the current best rate online for Courtyard by Marriott for this date is $154, so it seems like a good deal.
