Any ideas? I'm guessing it is not the Chatelaine, since it is not labeled "Louise Avenue." It is simply labled "Brussels area hotel."

Actually, no need to reply. Everything I'm reading from earlier travelers suggests that the Hotwire hotel with these features is the Royal Windsor Hotel Grand Place, which is very far away indeed from being a 5* hotel.
