**I travel to Scottsdale about once a month, and the 4.5* North Scottsdale with 95% of customers recommending the hotel has always been the Hyatt Scottsdale. This is a great hotel; the Hyatt is clean, comfortable, and is situated in a very nice part of Scottsdale not too far away from just about anything. There is no self-parking fee at this hotel (unlike the Fairmont and Four Seasons), but there is a $20/night resort fee (plus tax) which includes wired (not wireless) Internet in the guest room, golf bag storage, bicycle rental, tennis court time, local telephone calls, incoming/outgoing faxes, International faxes, in-room safe, health club admission, and shopping shuttle. Also, the Hyatt has non-minibar refrigerators in the guest rooms.

FYI, here were the rates for this hotel on other sites right before I booked on Hotwire.com:

Hyatt and Expedia: $236/night

A 68% savings off of Hyatt/Expedia for these dates!!! What a deal!!!
