Hotwire Hotel: Deciding between 2.5* and 4* Hotwire - Need Help

Hi--

Taking the plunge on one of these choices, depending on which is which.

2.5* Nob Hill/USW @ $104 - 85% recommend

Boutique/Fitness/Restaurant/Hi-Speed Internet

Or

4* Embarcadero @ $160 - 100% recommend

Fitness/Business Center/Restaurant/Hi-Speed Internet

I know the second fits Hyatt/Omni/Meridien/Hilton FD, but not sure which of those hits 100% recommend. If it's Omni, I'm going for that, but if it's one of the others, I'm going to hit the 2.5*. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
