gogglespythano Posted May 11, 2011 Report Posted May 11, 2011 Used the PRICELINE link, lots of bidding starting at $50 over the past couple weeks to land on $90 for two nights. Seems well located but I'm hearing it's small and $50/night to park, which would be nuts. We shall see! Thanks!
AaronJB Posted May 11, 2011 Report Posted May 11, 2011 Congrats on your success. :)Definitely not a bad deal for the busy Summer period and this property is in a terrific location. There are a number of lots around the NMA area that will be expensive but less than $50. Navy Pier is $25, but that's definitely a bit of a stroll (although a very nice walk) to the Allerton.Thank you for sharing your win and using the site's PRICELINE link.Enjoy your stay.
coharahawk Posted May 11, 2011 Report Posted May 11, 2011 You mentioned the ridiculous parking prices in downtown Chicago. I recently stumbled upon the Park Whiz website as I'll be visiting soon as well. You should check it out. There is a participating parking garage just around the corner from the Allerton, and it's probably a lot cheaper than $50/night.
