Hotwire Hotel: Help identifiying two Key West hotels

I'm looking at Key West from 5/25-5/27. I'd like help identifying the two hotels below if possible. It looks like these might be new offerings.

There is a 3 star showing only pool and restaurant. Clicking through doesn't show any additional. No tripadvisor info.

There is a 2 star showing Near Beach, Pool, Laundry and High speed internet. Nothing additional clicking through. 3/5 on tripadvisor.

I would appreciate any help. Thanks!

Neither of these properties have yet been reported to the board as a 'win', but for the 3* i am showing a 4.5/5.0 TA rating associated with this property, and my guess for this one is the Southernmost Hotel (NOTE: this is different then the "Southernmost Hotel on the Beach"). A guess for the 2* would be the Days Inn Lodge.
