Actually, thru a bit of digging, this is actually a different Crowne Plaza in the same zone as the other one.

The Crowne Plaza River Oaks is located at 2712 Southwest Freeway and is still 3.5* rated by PRICELINE... this a different address then the Crowne Plaza near Reliant-Medical above which is 3* rated.
