Initially I was bidding to get the Marriott Rive Gauche in the St. Germain/L-Quarter Montparnasse area as we won our bid there during our 2007 stay in Paris and we were very pleased with our experience there.

$100 for 4* St. Germain - Latin Quarter - Montparnasse

Just a heads up - I always get a written confirmation directly from the hotel regardless of where / how I made the reservation. Once, on a res. made through the Starwood web site, I get into the Sheraton Hong Kong late one night with my written confirmation from Starwood. Hotel has no record of me and is "very nearly sold out". They gave me a nice room after a lot of talking and eventually refunded the entire cost of one night. But the lesson was learned so after winning this hotel for next week at the same rate I have emailed them 3 times to get a written confirmation without any luck.

Thanks for the heads up! This is the first Starwood Hotel I have won since I have been bidding on Priceline about 5 years ago. The tip is much appreciated I will post once my reservation has been confirmed.
