My date has changed to 6/27-29. The rates for both hotels dropped slightly:

$123/night for 3.5*

$102/night for 3*

Are both listings still showing the exact same amenities when searching?

Yes the amenities are the same as before.

The 3.5* matches previous reports for the Hotel Angeleno so that would be my best guess for this one.

A 3* property has not yet been seen with only the amenities above, but the Best Western Royal Palace Inn and Suites has been seen with this amenity combination but at the 2.5* level, i'll speculate that it's been upgraded since last reported to the board and that would be my best guess for this one.

The rate has gone up since I last checked but now there is a 4* hotel at $159/n with these amenities. Recommended in 95 % of Hotwire customer reviews. What can this be?
