Priceline Hotel: Area 5 DSF bidding advice please

Thanks for providing such a great resource. I'd be grateful for your help with a priceline bidding strategy for the following

DATES: 1 - 9 September

ZONE: Downtown - SoHo - Financial District - Area 5

STAR LEVEL: 2.5 to 3.5

PRICE: Up to 160 excluding taxes

I was only looking at this zone as I want to be as close to Grand Street as possible. I'm hoping for the East Houston Hotel although I know it doesn't work that way!

Thanks for the prompt reply. As I want to get as close to Grand Street as possible I don't think Priceline is the best option for me this time as DSF is enormous and seems stacked more towards the Financial District.
