Hotwire Hotel: help ID 4* midtown central

I'm looking to book 2 rooms for 4 people in NYC for memorial day weekend (yes, we're crazy but we have a wedding to attend) and our dates would be May 27th to May 30th. Ideally I'd like to be under 250 including taxes per room and I've been searching for 4 star options in the Upper Manhattan, Midtown Central area. I saw today on HOTWIRE a 4 star, 209 per night room in midtown central, with the amenities of smoke free rooms, fitness center and high speed internet access. From the list, I think this is the Cassa Hotel and Residences. I guess my questions would be: 1) does this sound like a good deal? 2) how likely is it the Cassa Hotel and Residences, do you experts know of any other hotels that it might be? and 3) since this is a pretty expensive time, do you think it would be at all worth it to wait to see if any " better" deals pop up on hotwire or through PRICELINE bidding? Thanks for any help and I will be sure to book through the HOTWIRE link when I make a decision.

My guess is that this is the Cassa; it has been reported with these amenities previously. It's not too terribly long until this period, and I think if traffic comes in for the holiday period that's greater than expected, you do risk rates ramping up. The lowest non-refundable rate on Expedia is a sale for $311 and change.

If you're willing to bid the typical midtown zones (MTE, MTW, CPS, TS and ESB) i think you have a chance at a 4* on PRICELINE for ~$160 or so, saving a few dollars over the above rate... but the trade-off is a little less control over the amenities and hotel you ultimately receive.
