The Downtown West property matches previous reports for the Inter-Continental Yorkville, Renaissance, and the Sheraton Centre so any of these would be likely, but i believe the Sheraton is the best guess and most likely of the bunch.

The Downtown East property is a match for the Westin Harbour Castle so that would be my best guess for this one.
