jasonpicken Posted May 5, 2011 Report Posted May 5, 2011 using betterbidding and the HOTWIRE link i figured out that the best western city centre in downtown quebec was going for $77. so using the link i went to the PRICELINE website and bid $60 for a 3* in downtown quebec. i won the best western city centre for $60 for 1 night may 30th.
