These amenities are common, but the 4* matches previous reports for the Crowne Plaza so that would be my best guess for this one... the 3.5* has hot yet been reported to the board.

We decided to finish our London trip by staying at a B&B for comparable prices by the time hotwire fees, taxes, transfers and breakfasts were factored in.
