thereuare Posted May 3, 2011 Report Posted May 3, 2011 1 room, 2 adults. Also, we will actually have 4 people, so we definitely need two beds. This looks like the vdara, but on their website it looks like its only one bed?If you want to ensure sleeping accommodations for everyone in your group you'll need to search for the actual numbers of guests... anything else is a risk that you'll need to take, and in Vegas the practice of charging for additional guests (and rooms with two beds) is becoming more and more common. What appear when searching for 4adults and how much does the price go up?Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. ashleyoc Posted May 3, 2011 Author Report Posted May 3, 2011 When searching 1 room, 4 people, the price goes up to $218. The hotel amenities are all the same.
thereuare Posted May 3, 2011 Report Posted May 3, 2011 The Aria does charge an extra $30 per nite for At the Aria website the hotel itself charges an extra $35/nite for each additional guest over double occupancy and rooms with 2 Queen beds are not 'standard' in the sense that they cost more than single King bedded rooms.Any PRICELINE / HOTWIRE purchase is for a 'standard' room... you can make a request for a room with 2 beds but the hotel may be unable, or unwilling to honor your request, and if they are able to accommodate your request, there may likely be an additional charge involved. You could take the risk and hope the hotel accommodates you OR accept the additional charge up front. Another option, if you do decide to take the risk, is to book for 2adults/2chidlren. This doesn't increase the price (on my search the rate goes up by $5) and ensures sleeping accommodations for four; however, you'll need to not have everyone go up to the desk upon check-in.In regards to the hotel above, this is a match for the Vdara so that would be my best guess for this one. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.Let us know how it goes or if we can be of further help. ashleyoc Posted May 3, 2011 Author Report Posted May 3, 2011 OK, I really do not want the vdara.. I will keep checking back to see if the hotel changes. In regards to looking for the Aria, what amenities should it list in order for it to be that hotel?
