I need help identifying this hotel.. I saw on priceline that I can get it for $150/night and it looks like a great deal.

There is no telling what 4* hotel you will get, but $150 for early November would seem to be a pretty good deal for a 4* hotel during this time of year.

Previously i had posted that the Empire Hotel was a 4* hotel in this zone but that's not correct... this hotel is in the CPS zone but the Empire is in PRICELINE's Upper West Side zone.

I have been browsing for a couple of weeks now and have read about the bidding strategy and all of the helpful information on this forum, but I am not ready to start bidding yet. I am waiting on others to finalize our travel plans.

I see so many great deals by using the bidding strategy, but I realize that the time of the year makes a huge difference.

My question is, how realistic would it be to get a 3.5* - 4* hotel in Novemeber (11/4-11/7) in the MTW, MTE, CPS area for under $200/night? I looked at the calendar of wins, based on 2010, there was only one 4 star win in the MTW and it was for $270.

I'm anxious to start bidding to see if I can get a great deal.

Based upon current rates i don't think a 3.5* property at $200 or under is likely, but LOTS can change between now and November.
