I had to try on two different days.

Saturday attempt 5/1-5/4 $75 --rejected;

5/1-5/3 $85 --rejected

Sunday attmept 5/1-5/4 $95 --accepted Hotel Monaco.

I saw that others got 4*'s for less on different dates and I was surprised I wasn't successful until $95 price point.
