Priceline Hotel: 3-4* NYC Need Help May 13-17

Hi everyone, I'm new to this site and to priceline bidding so please bear with me. I have an upcoming trip to New York and would like to get a great deal on a room. I will be staying May 13-17. I'd like a hotel that's 3-4 stars and in Manhattan. My budget is $125 to $200. Any help would be very appreciated. Thanks.

Which PRICELINE zones would you be interested in bidding for? Additionally, are you looking to try and make our your budget for a higher star rating or are you looking for a less expensive 3*?

Thanks for the response. I'll be sure to use the PRICELINE link when I bid. My preference would be (Downtown-SoHo-Financial District) but other places in Manhattan would be acceptable as well. What would I have to bid for each of the stars. (3, 3.5, and 4)

Based upon current prices you have a chance at a 3.5* near the top of your range... or you could try for a 3* or better for a slightly lower rate. You're welcome to try for a 4* hotel, but at the moment anything within Manhattan is going to be out of your price range.

If you're ready to bid now, let us know if you're willing to pay more to stay Downtown vs. other zones OR if your goal is the least expensive hotel at the star rating you designate in any of your acceptable zones. If you're willing to stay in other zones, please indicate exactly (by PRICELINE name) which zones you're willing to accept.
