Hotwire Hotel: Help ID 3* Central South Beach Hotel $59

I don't think this quite matches anything on the list as far as I can see. I'm looking at a room for 3 nights May 2-5...

3* Central South Beach area hotel

Boutique Hotel

Near Beach

Restaurant(s)

High-Speed Internet Access

Golf Nearby

I'm looking at May 2-5, Central South Beach area. I see a 3.5* with the following amenities, which I can't match up with anything on the list...

Boutique Hotel

Fitness Center

Restaurant(s)

Business Center

Laundry Facilities (self-service)

High-Speed Internet Access

Interestingly it does not list the "Near Beach" amenity that most properties do.

Any ideas what it is?

Sorry I left those dangling - in each case something caused me to go in another direction from Hotwire/Priceline, but of course I should have updated them at the time.

Slight update on my Miami/SoBe question - the $79 3.5* property in question is now showing up at $81/night for May 2-5.

Are you still seeing the 3* offered for these dates??

For the 3.5* is a match for the The Astor Hotel so that would be my best guess for this one.

The reason I didn't figure out on my own that the Astor was a likely match is that when I looked at the Hotwire Hotel List under Astor, it listed a Complimentary Breakfast as one of the amenities, which is not listed on Hotwire (at least I don't see it). Are you saying the Astor is a likely match because the amenities list was pretty close and you were just ignoring the "breakfast gap", or am I looking at the wrong list?

It's a new/alternate amenity combination which is being used by the Astor.

At the last minute we found a good discount at the Clinton Hotel, and decided on that over the Astor, so we won't be using Hotwire for this stay.
