Priceline Hotel: 4* NYC (Downtown-Soho-Financial District) Millennium Hilton

Hi need some help with a bidding strategy for 1 room at a 4* hotel in the Downtown-Soho-Financial District location for 4/29 - 4/30. I am also willing to stay at CPS, Chelsea, ESB, HK, ME, MW, TS. My budget is $150 after taxes and fees. So the most I would go up to is $125 - 130. Hoping I can get this because my friend just booked via PRICELINE yesterday and got the W Downtown for $145 after tax and fees.

Also I am trying to book 2 rooms at a 4* hotel in the Downtown-Soho-Financial District location for 5/14 - 5/15. I am also willing to stay at CPS, Chelsea, ESB, HK, ME, MW, TS. My budget is $450 total with trip cancellation, so the most I would go up to is $180 per night/per room.

I got anxious and just went ahead with what I know about bidding and won the 4* Millenium Hilton for $120 ($152.61 after taxes and fees). Really wanted to stay at the new W downtown, which on HOTWIRE is a 4.5* but I like the Millenium so no complains!

Now I just need some help with the second request since I have never tried anything like it via PRICELINE
