Curious if anyone might know which hotels are considered 4* in soho/financial district

Another not considered a 4* I had a great stay at the embassay suites but it is no closed.

Looking for a sure thing (ie not a closet, super nice) for $200 a night or under

World Center Hotel has been reported with this amenitie before so that would be my best guess.
