Hotwire Hotel: Please help identify

This is on hotwire with a 95% recommended and 4.5 on trip advisor. The only 4* on trip advisor with a 4.5 is Intercontinental but what is throwing me off is guest rooms at this hotel are always smoke free. Has intercontinental gone smoke free. No other 4* on trip advisor has a 4.5 rating. All other 4.5 rating in buckhead are 5* hotels.

pretty sure its the intercontinental its gone non smoking which is about time
