Hotwire Hotel: Confirm ID Southbeach 3* (Collins ave) 3.5* (Ocean Drive)

I'm going to be staying in Southbeach from 8/3-8/7 and I'm trying to get 3 rooms near the beach as cheap as possible. I've found these two options on hotwire and wanted to confirm their IDs.

3.5* Ocean Drive ($109)

Amenities: Boutique, Near Beach, Restaurant

I'm guessing this is the Strand Ocean Drive hotel. When I search this hotel on google, the Congress hotel shows up. Was there a name change? Are these two one and the same?

3* Collins Ave ($110)

Boutique, Beachfront, Fitness Center, Pool, Business Center, Highspeed Internet Access, Tennis

I'm guessing this is the Marseilles?

3.5* Ocean Drive ($109)

I'm sorry to say that a 3.5* property with this amenitie combo has not yet been reported/ID'd to the board.

The amenities for this property match many of the 3*/3.5* hotels in this zone so i don't think we can gain much insight for this property.

Was there a name change? Are these two one and the same?

Yes, Congress hotel is the former Strand Ocean Drive hotel.

3* Collins Ave ($110)

Are you referring to the South Beach - Oceanfront Collins zone here?

If yes, I can't get the same hotel to appear on my standard search for 6 adults/3 rooms. Can you please run a new search and confirm that you still can see this hotel on your search.
