This is a very nice deal for the Doubletree, which has a somewhat better location than the Hyatt. I'll also note Fox and Obel Cafe and Market (fox-obel.com), which is a few blocks SE at the corner of Illinois and McClurg. There's also a large Dominicks grocery on the opposite corner from this hotel. I'd suggest trying to ask for a high floor, as while there's no guarantees, some rooms at this property have pretty decent views of the surrounding area.
