It's not clear from your post, are your actual dates 05/27 to 05/31 OR 05/28 to 05/31??

Could by the Holiday Inn Charleston--Mills House. I just just won this on priceline last night for a stay in June. Listed as a 4 star @ $130, but most other sights have it as a 3 or 3.5. Hope this helps.
