Tried at $38. Rejected but asked to rebid at $52. Added rebid Zone (South Buffalo) and upped to $40. Rejected. Added rebid zone of East Niagra Falls and upped to $42. Accepted.

Of course I used the sites PRICELINE links to start with.

I'm happy. Mixed reviews on trip advisor, but I've stayed here before and it's just a crash pad before a flight out the next AM.
