4*, $87, 95% recommendation. No smoking, fitness Center, restaurant, business center, laundry facility, High Speed internet and SPA.

The property above is a match for the Hyatt Regency so that would be my best guess for this one.

I waited on this (3 days prior to trip) and got it for $68 using the HOTWIRE link through this site. It indeed was the Hyatt Regency and it gave me a choice of beds (2 queens or 1 King). Summary:

Date: 5/15-16 (1 night); Amenities: Smoke Free, Fitness Center, Restaurant, Business Center, Laundry, HS Internet & Spa.

Definitely can't beat $68 for Chicago in Spring, and this property is both centrally located and recently renovated.
