VPIFightingGobbler
I started by trying to "low-ball" yesterday. I was unsuccesful with bids under $85 for 3 stars and up in Downtown Charleston. I believe this may be graduation week for College of Charleston. I placed a bid today for $97 for a 3.5-star hotel. Priceline countered with $122. I expanded to West Charleston (No 3.5 star hotels) with $107 and it was accepted. Asking Price was $189/night. This is a much better value than the 2-star Days Inn which is getting poor reviews. Good luck! Link to comment
