There is no "Historic District" in this area on HOTWIRE... do you mean Downtown? If so, the 3* hotel i'm seeing in this one for your dates is priced at $227... is this within your budget for this trip? (or are you referring to a different hotel or zone)

I'm looking at a 3* Downtown for $117 (pool & laundry) from 5/12-5/15. Any ideas?

The property above is a match for the Best Western Plus Charleston Downtown Hotel so that would be my best guess for this one. (although i will point out that the HOTWIRE user reviews, at 55%, are not that favorable)
