Hotwire Hotel: 4* Hotel April 24-26 Need Help Iding Hotel

I am looking for a hotel for April 24-26 for myself and one child age 5. I see a Hotwire hotel in the White House/Capitol Hill area for 98$ a night with the following amenities: Fitness Center, Pool, Restaurant, Business Center and High Speed Internet. I am thinking (hoping) this is the Hyatt Regency because my daughter would love to have an indoor pool. On the list, this is the only one I see with these amenities, although it does say underneath (same as the Liaison Capitol Hill) but the Liaison looks to list "nonsmoking" with the amenities as well and that one is not included here.

Do you think this is most likely the Hyatt Regency? Or is there another one that it could be? Thanks!!

Also, Expedia has a listing for 87$ for the same amenities but calls it a 3.5 star...is this likely the same hotel? I didn't see a match at all for that one.

The 4* is a match for the Hyatt, but there's a chance it also may be the Liason.

The 3.5* has not yet been ID'd/reported to the board; Expedia's unpublished rate section is powered by HOTWIRE, so it would be a different property.
