Priceline Hotel: 3* Toronto (Downtown South) Residence Inn Toronto Downtown

Been putting in requests all week for 4* Toronto downtown south for the glee concert that weekend, starting at 60,65,70,75,80,85,90 but no luck.

I got a $5 bonus cash this weekend, so I tried 4* Toronto DT south for $80+5,85+5, 90+5,95+5,100+5, all with no luck. So i decided to go down a level, and put a bid for 70+5 and it was accepted right away. The 70 was kind of arbitrary, as i didnt see many bids on here for high-season 3* DT south, going through it. I wonder if I could have gone any lower? The events going on downtown for that weekend were: glee concert, luminato, and the jays/boston game, but i wonder if that's enough to cause all the 4* hotels to be full and the 3* hotels to charge approx 220/nt room rate (except strathacona).
