I am planning a tip to Honolulu/Waikiki. Jun 3 -Jun 8/11 and looking for *4 hotel on/hear the beach in Honolulu/Waikiki.

My budget around 120-140. Also i have a group of 10 ( adults/kids) so i will need 4 rooms, do u think this is doable?

What guess will u have for the following inf?

When i search using the parameters above the 4* Marina hotel is priced at $192/nite and there are no hotels offered in the Waikiki Beach zone... are you still seeing both of the above, and the same prices, when searching for 4rooms/9adults/3children?

Result came out for 4* Waikiki Marina area hotel $135.00, searching for 4 rooms/9adults/3children

My best guess for the hotel above is the Hawaii Prince with the addition of a new 'Near Beach' icon.

HOWEVER, i'm only seeing a price similar to yours when searching for double occupancy (4rooms/8adults)... when chaning to 4rooms/12guests the price on my search jumps to $192/nite. Are you sure you're including the total number of people (and 4 rooms) on your search?

we actually confirm we have 8 adults 4 kids, which is still 12 guests and i get the same price $135.00 for the 4* marina hotel.

do u know of if the hilton hawaiian village is in the HOTWIRE data base?

Finally i'm now able to see the lower price :)

The Hilton Hawaiian Village has been won thru HOTWIRE in the past, but the 'problem' is that there is nothing you can do to make a specific property to appear on a given search. HOTWIRE only shows one hotel at each star level per zone (the one with the lowest price is the one shown) so unless the Hawaiian Village offers rooms for less then the current offering, or the current offer sells out of their inventory (or raise the rate of their inventory), another property won't be offered.
