There used to be 2 four star hotels in the Loop with the amenities you described. In a previous post that discussed recent downgrades on Hotwire, there was speculation that one of those hotels had been downgraded to 3.5 stars. Since the Chicago Hilton & Towers was reported as a 4* purchase on 5/2, it's my assumption that the 3.5 star hotel is the Palmer House.
