First bid of $35 was rejected. Did not have any extra days to up bid incrementally so put in a second bid right away for $55 and it was accepted.

First bids were for these areas:

Farmington-New Britain

Kensington Cromwell

Rocky Hill Area

and 3* area. There were no 3*+ available in any of these areas.

Second bid, added Avon-West Hartford and upped the price.
