Went through a ton of tries over the last week or so, but I guess I'm happy with the result:

4/7: $61 3.5* downtown refused, $45 3* refused;

4/9: $65 3.5* refused, $53 for 3* refused, $66 for 3.5* including West DM refused, $50 for 3* including West DM refused

4/11: $68 for 3.5* DM only refused, $69 for 3.5* DM and WDM refused, $60 for 3* DM accepted
