AlwaysBooking
This seems to really be a tough nut to crack in Manhattan date wise. I split with 4 nights in Jersey City (also through the BB PRICELINE link), but wanted to spend at least the last 2 nights in Manhattan at a 4* in either MTE, ESB, Chelsea, Times Sq or Hells Kitchen. Started bidding at $120 for ESB and was, not surprisingly, rejected. Continued to add zones and free rebids in $5 increments and ended up with the NY W Hotel on Lexington Avenue. Great location for what we wanted. I know that the place can seem a little trendy, but we are pleased - and will try to live up to the trendiness :) Used the BetterBidding PRICELINE link. investn
If I may ask (both the op and theaure)....this is a hotel I am very interested in for my NY hotel stay in July and I am intrigued by the price :). Is there any way to target this particular hotel? Ps - congrats on the rate :) Link to comment
thereuare
You can't target this, or any other property, on PRICELINE... if you're trying to target, or a avoid, a specific property then HOTWIRE may be a better option as you can take an educated guess as to what is being offered based upon the amenities shown (ie- if you're trying to avoid a specific property which does not have a pool, , you can 'safely' purchase any HOTWIRE hotel showing the Pool icon since you know it's not the hotel you're hoping to avoid)If you'd like to further discuss your particular trip please continue your existing Hotwire NYC thread. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases Link to comment
