Just got the Ramada Maingate West Kissimmee from Hotwire.

It is listed as a 3* with the following amenitites:

Fitness Center

Pool(s)

Business Center

High-Speed Internet Access

Not enough reviews yet on Hotwire to rate.

Trip Advisor reviews look terrible but we are hoping for the best...

This and another 3* with the same amenities (75% rating) kept alternating throughout the day but I couldn't get it to come up when I was ready to book.

Sorry if i was unclear. I meant the customer rating for the hotel. Not the rating for the hotel, you know when TA members grade the hotel. This is information can sometimes be found in the HOTWIRE listing. But thanx anyway for taking the time to post this :)

Trip Advisor customer rating is 2.5* with 64% thumbs down.

We are heading down to Orlando tonight and I decided to look at recent Trip Advisor reviews posted since I previously looked right after booking this trip. The reviews since I originally looked are even worse than those posted previously. More reports of cockroaches, mold, rooms never being serviced during stays, etc. Because of these recent reviews, I actually ended up booking a new room through Priceline and I will dispute this with Hotwire and America PRICELINE EXPRESS as based on the reviews there is no way this hotel should be rated on Hotwire as a 3*; probably more like a 1.5 to 2 star. I don't know if I'll get any compensation from either Hotwire or AMEX but I will not make my family spend three nights in such horrendous conditions as those described in the Trip Advisor reviews.
