I got this hotel on Hotwire in Dec 2008 for $99 or $118 with taxes. Be warned: the place is sort of a dive although the lobby is nice so I only gave it 2 stars on my TripAdvisor review. Hopefully, they've renovated since then. Valet parking was $30 although you can possibly find your own for cheaper.

In retrospect, I would have opened up my search to Collins Drive instead of just Ocean Drive but I had never been to Miami so wasn't familiar with the area.
