Libal Family Posted April 5, 2011 Report Posted April 5, 2011 This is my first time posting but not my first time bidding. This was actually a tricky one to get. I started at $65 and began choosing regions below 3.5* until I ran through into some 4* regions downtown and was unsuccessful the first night after having gone to $79. The second night started the same until I reached $89 and finally hit the Hilton Metrotown. Again, this seemed unusual to me as I've usually gotten a winning bid by the 3rd or 4th region adjustment. Still, not a bad price and exactly where I wanted to be. Hope this helps people as I had no ther data here to go on other than some downtown Vancouver areas that were 4*. This has been a fantastic site and we will continue to use it and now contribute to it!

Libal Family Posted April 5, 2011 Author Report Posted April 5, 2011 Well, let's see. I remember getting the Westin in downtown Seattle for $55 a night a couple years back. Last October we got the Hilton in downtown Atlanta for $65 a night I believe. And then last summer we got the Delta Burnaby Hotel and Conference Center in Vancouver for $65 as well. All because of this site really. Very pleased with how MUCH money we've saved because of this site in conjunction with priceline.
AaronJB Posted April 5, 2011 Report Posted April 5, 2011 Very glad to hear that you've saved so much! If you could post prior wins as separate threads in the forums, it would be greatly appreciated.
