Looking for a 3* or higher hotel/suite (with fridge and microwave) around the Downtown Disney area or anywhere close by between the price range of $50 to 125... Any recommendations?

No, not in that zone. Inventory is pretty slim for your dates. And you have already asked about the hotels listed within your budget.

And i belive that the 4* in this zone is the Hyatt and don't have fridge and microwave.
