Hotwire Hotel: 3* Trinidad Best Western

I like to report this case, we bought this hotel for $74 (plus fees) at Hotwire. When I were told by HOTWIRE that the hotel was Best Western, we checked the Best Western's own website right away, the rate was only $55!!

This is not the first time that we found out that the Hotwire price is higher than the hotel's own rate. and we will not use HOTWIRE again!

Did you contact HOTWIRE regarding their Double the Difference Guarantee?

Was this for a stay a month ago or a year from now in 2012? Can you please add a reply to this thread with the amenities shown before your purchase... you can still view this information by going to HOTWIRE and clicking the MY ACCOUNT link near the top right of their home page.

Thank you very much for your information. No, I did not contact Hotwire about the guarantee, because I did not know that there is a price guarantee at that time.

The stay was 2/25/2011, a month ago.
