Thanks for your reply!

I am mostly looking for a quiet, comfortable, quick in and out place. We are getting in to Vegas during the evening and heading out early the next day to Page, AZ. So, I am not looking for a casino, or other "resort" amenities (except a pool) - and this one states breakfast is included (which would be easy).

As noted above the 2.5* has not yet been reported to the board, there is a Homewood Suites, La Quinta and Hampton Inn in this area which would all be possibilities, but there are other budget properties which i wouldn't rate as highly.

My guess for the 4* is the South Point, and while breakfast isn't included, i would think it would put you far south enough in the zone to avoid any of the strip congestion.

Given your needs, are any another zones acceptable?

Went a different direction - used the PRICELINE link and got the Renissance (Convention Center 4*). We have been there before and it is quiet and off the strip and close enough to the Wynn to get a good buffet on the way out of town.

Thanks again for all of the help!
