Thanks for the info. Unfortunally, We will never know the true hotel because the $111/$113 listing on Hotwire is false advertising. If you go to book, the site says the hotel is not available even though it keeps popping up when searching.

I ended up booking the 2* Travelodge Downtown for $127. Little more expensive but it will be right next to Lollapalooza! :) And of course, I went to HOTWIRE via this site.
