This is for my self. Thanks
AaronJB Posted March 30, 2011 Report Posted March 30, 2011 The 4.5* would be a possible match for the Intercontinental, while the 4* is a possible match for the Hyatt. The one note is that if you're driving, a number of the hotels in the ORD area do charge for parking if you're driving. Many of the hotels a bit further out in the nearby burbs (Arlington Heights, Schaumburg, Elk Grove Village) do not.Thank you for using the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches.
vamsi Posted March 30, 2011 Author Report Posted March 30, 2011 Hey thank you so much. Is there anyway to get the address on these hotels? I am actually taking the Grey Hound from St. Louis and will not have a car. Now I need to see how far these hotels are from the testing center. Also is it easy to get cabs at like 7 am in the morning. Thanks
AaronJB Posted March 30, 2011 Report Posted March 30, 2011 If you are headed into downtown on the Greyhound, I'd take the CTA Blue Line out to that area, as a cab from downtown out to the O'Hare area (the address for the testing facility appears right near the Cumberland CTA station) in morning traffic could be quite expensive. Cabs out at ORD-area properties should be reasonably easy to get.Thank you for keeping us updated and for using the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches.
vamsi Posted March 30, 2011 Author Report Posted March 30, 2011 Hey I am going out on the 18th a day before the exam and staying at the hotel, and then take a cab to the exam and then check out the city that night and stay there that night and take greyhound back on the 20th. I looked at the hyatt and according to their map it might be the Hyatt at Rosemont or Hyatt regency. Is there a big difference in Hyatt vs Intercontinental
vamsi Posted March 30, 2011 Author Report Posted March 30, 2011 Hey thanks so much for your help. I booked the hotel and its the Hyatt Regency O'Hare. I am very happy as its only 1 mile from the testing center and it is about the same price for two nights here vs 1 night at Marriott
