Priceline Hotel: 3.5* Orange County (Disneyland-Orange-Garden Grove) Doubletree Anaheim

I had fantastic luck with better bidding when we went to disneyland 2 yeas ago. I am looking for lightning to strike again! Unfortunately I'm getting old and can't remember the bidding strategy to get the best deal on a 3+ star hotel. Any help is appreciated.

Well, I got too anxious and headed in after reviewing some of the FAQ's and other posts.

Wanted 3.5+ stars so started with that and Disneyland-Garden Grove @ $45

Denied, P-Line offered to try again at $60, I denied them.

Added re-bid zone and tried $50. Accepted... Too darn easy, probably could have done better.

But result:

DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Anaheim - Orange County 2 rooms 2 nights - $50/each.

4/20 thru 4/22.
