Priceline Hotel: HELP: Niagara Falls 7/20-7/24

I am planning on going to Niagara Falls from Wed July 20 - Sun July 24th. I am looking for a 4 star hotel and typically try to use hot Wire to see what's available based on price and then try to place a low bid with Priceline.

I believe they only have one 4**** hotel which is the Renaissance Fall View (Im guessing based on amenities and postings). Can you confirm?

Also, for the July time frame do you think it's possible to get several rooms for Wed-Sun for 80$ a night? By chance, do you know if the rooms are with the view of the falls or the standard rooms (previous winning bids are ~ $65.00 a night but no details).

Any info would be appreciated.

All Hotwire/Priceline rooms are for standard rooms. Fallsview rooms are considered premium rooms and you'll need to book directly with hotels to ensure you get these rooms.

Weekends in Niagara Falls during the summer is very busy, hence you'll unlikely see any signficant discounts. I'd recommend you book the two week nights separately and try to bid them on Priceline just until you hit the Hotwire 4* price.

The RENAISSANCE has last been reported as a 3* on HOTWIRE and there have been other 4* hotels reported in this Priceline zone.

If you're willing to accept another 4* hotel in the zone and are ready to bid let us know and we'll suggest a strategy to follow. Also let us know if you're willing to SPLIT YOUR BID as mentioned above.
